🇺🇸MEETING ANNOUNCEMENT🇺🇸

We have been working hard for the last year with the City of Spring Hill to resolve the traffic and speeding issues in our community. After MANY meetings we have finally got the approval to move forward with some changes and resolutions.

At last year’s annual meeting on October 21st, 2019 at Community Baptist Church, the Board described concerns among homeowners about the growing number of rental homes within our
community.

Lawmakers are pushing SB1429, successfully. It is expected to pass the House within the next few weeks. ( If you would like more info on SB1429, please reach out to a Board member
